Returns Policy

We want you to love your Unique Item of the Day. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
How to Initiate a Return

Email our support team at support@uniqueitemoftheday.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Securely package the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within five to seven business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@uniqueitemoftheday.com with a photo of the damage. We will expedite a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
